Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for an inspection step or a hole-cleaning step by a method wherein an epoxy resin is coated on the surface of a substrate which has a mold releasing force smaller than that of a finely perforated sheet, then the perforated sheet and the adhesion-coated substrate are heated while keeping them in close contact with each other so as to coat the adhesive onto the sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A heat-shrinkable epoxy adhesive 3 is coated on the surface of the substrate 2 which has the mold releasing force smaller than that of the finely perforated sheet 1, and a hot plate 4 which is heated is pressed against the sheet 1 from above so as to form a hot-pressed adhesive part 3A. At this time, the adhesive 3 in the area where the substrate 2 and the sheet 1 do not contact with each other is left as it is on the substrate 2, and the adhesive layer is split into the adhesive part 3A and adhesive parts 3B due to the heat-shrinkable property of the adehsive 3. Thereafter, the hot plate 4 is removed and the sheet 1 is separated from the substrate 2, resulting in that the sheet 1 having the adhesive part 3A provided on the lower side thereof is obtained.
