Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute recording with a simple mechanism, by forming a toner layer uniformly on a film having anisotropy in electric conductivity, and transferring the toner to a recording paper by an electric force. CONSTITUTION:A uniform toner layer 2 is formed on a film 1 having anisotropy is electric conductivity with a developing device used in an electrophotographic copying machine. Pulse voltage corresponding to a recording signal is applied to the film surface with a multistylus electrode 4 for electrostatic recording to transfer the toner on a recording paper 6. The toner image 7 on the paper 6 is converted into a fixed image 8 with a fixing device 9, and recording is thus completed.
