Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent gas from stagnating in void parts by inclining the parts, which contact with the ceilings of the void parts, out of cleats forming the void parts, into vertical directions.
CONSTITUTION: Out of the cleats forming void parts 33, the parts 34 contacting with the ceilings of the void parts are inclined in vertical directions from one side of a clamping frame toward the other side. Spacer nets (not shown) are interposed on the surface on wider opening side out of the voids provided to the clamping frame, and these parts are used as the passages for liquid to be treated. The liquid to be treated is introduced in an arrow direction from a lower duct 35 and is discharged from an upper duct 36. Gas is discharged together with the liquid flow from the duct 36 by the inclined ceiling parts 34 of the void parts 33 and is thereby prevented from stagnating in the void parts 33.
