Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled resin compsn. which has excellent stability and very low toxicity, by blending metallic soaps except Cd and Pd, an expoxy compd. and a specified organophosphorus compd.
CONSTITUTION: 0.01W10pts.wt. zinc salt (A) of an org. acid such as zinc stearate, 0.01W10pts.wt. metal salt (B) (metal being selected from Group IIa) of an org. acid such as barium stearate, 0.01W10pts.wt. epoxy compd. (e.g. Araldite 502, a product of Ciba-Geigy S.A.) and/or 0.01W5pts.wt. og. phosphite compd. such as diphenyldecyl phosphite (C), and 0.01W5pts.wt. org. phosphate compd. (D) of formulaIor II (wherein R1WR4 are each alkyl, aryl, a group of formula III; R5 is H, a group of formula IV; R8, R9 are the same as R1; R5, R6 are each alkyl, aryl; A is dihydric or trihydric phenol, alcohol residue; B is tetrahydric alcohol residue; m is 0, 1; n is 1W5), are blended with 100pts.wt. halogen-contg. resin.
