Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease heat generation and protect thermal runaway, by connecting four transistors to a bridge and providing switching elements between bases of two transistor pairs opposite each other. CONSTITUTION:PNP transistors Tr11 and Tr13, and NPN transistors Tr12 and Tr14 are connected in bridge. A motor M is connected in-between. Switching elements Tr15 and Tr16 are connected between bases of transistors Tr11 and Tr14, and between bases of transistors Tr12 and Tr13, which are in opposite sides each other, respectively. Current which flows in the motor M is reversed by giving a control signal to A or B. Therefore, transistors Tr11-Tr14 can be switched on and off completely, and heat generation can be decreased by lightening voltage burden for a single transistor during no current supply.
