CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 2 having a flange is provided around the inner periphery of a bottomed cylindrical vessel 1, and magnetic fine wires 4 consisting of nets (28 meshes) of an S15C material are buried between the inner wall of the inner cylinder 2 and the arcuate permanent magnet 3 provided in the center of the inner cylinder 2 to constitute a high gradient magnetic filter 12. Fuel flowing at the bottom of the vessel 1 by flowing in through an oil inlet 5 and passing through the fine wire 4, is raised between the outside of the inner cylinder 2 and the inner side of the vessel 1 and caused to flow from an oil outlet 6.
