Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent degrading of the air conditioning effect in work shops and eliminate the adverse influence of dust and the like in the work shops upon objects to be irradiated by sucking air for cooling ultraviolet lamps from the outdoor and circulating the same. CONSTITUTION:Outdoor air is sucked by a cooling fan 4, is cooled by a cooler 12, is removed of dust and the like by a filter 13, is fed into an ultraviolet lamp chamber 1, strikes against an air flow diffusion plate 6 and is dispersed laterally. On the other hand, an exhaust fan 15 is in operation at the same time, and therefore the air in the chamber 1 passes the circumferences of ultraviolet lamps 10, and cools this, after which it is sucked into an exhaust chamber 7 through the openings in the root parts of reflection plates 8, 9, and is exhausted to the outdoor through an exhaust duct 3. An ultraviolet curing object 15 to be irradiated is cured by the lamps 10, and since the air supply into the chamber 1 is accomplished suitably diffusively and the air is immediately sucked into the plates 8, 9, no influences of dust and heat are given to the object 15.
