Abstract
PURPOSE:To make an analysis simply and accurately and also, stably even in case of using liquid enzyme reagent having a high viscosity, by placing an air bubble in between the nozzles for reagent and making a different reagent absorbed therein and desorbed to a reaction tube. CONSTITUTION:Nozzles 46a, 46b for sampling and reagent are attached on a moving block 16 being capable of moving left and right and its upper end is connected with pumps 1, 2 by a flexible tube. At the time of absorbing and vomitting, a bubble Y is formed by absorbing syringes 1d, 2d a little by switching electromagnets 31a, 31b after placing the block 16 at a position S and absorbing a pure water 9 by the pumps 1, 2. Next, the block 16 is moved on a sample 13 and then, the sample 13 and the first reagent are absorbed. Further, a bubble 50 is formed in the nozzle 46b again and the second reagent is absorbed and then, is vomited moving to a prescribed reaction tube 7a'. Hereby, even the analysis of highly viscouss enzyme liquid is made easily and stably because of absorbing the liquid putting the air among the nozzles.
