Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the inspection of a gas meter, etc., and to facilitate its post treatments by storing the indication value on the meter of each consumer and by calculating and printing out the quantity of gas used and its charge. CONSTITUTION:An indication value on a gas meter, etc., is inputted with key switches on an input equipment 1 and stored in a specific address of a main storage device 5 through the control part 3 of a processor 2. Then, a newly stored indication value and previously stored one are read to an arithmetic part 4, where their difference is calculated and the obtained value is multiplied by a unit price from an auxiliary storage device 7 to obtain the present change. Then, a printer 6 prints a customer's number, the present indication value on the meter, the quantity of used gas, and the charge on an inspection card. The data stored in the device 5, on the other hand, is sent to an external electronic computer through an information exchange device 8.
