Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit and also to realize a low electric power consumption, by constituting a Peltier element of a single unipolar electric power source. CONSTITUTION:Transistors TR1, TR2 and TR3, TR4 are connected to a Peltier element PT so as to cross to each other, and resistances R6, R7 for providing a potential difference across the Peltier element PT are inserted into the base circuit of the TR2 and TR4. Only a single electric power source +VP is used as an electric power source for the Peltier element. When a detection temperature of a thermistor TH is higher than a set temperature, an output of an operational amplifier OP1 becomes (+), an output of said amplifier OP2 becomes (-), the TR1 and TR2 are operated and the TR3 and TR4 are not operated, therefore, a current flowing to the Peltier element PT executes cooling in the direction as indicated with a white thick arrow, and also magnitude of the current is proportional to an output of the operational amplifier OP1, that is to say, the extent of a temperature variation from the set temperature. When the detection temperature of the thermistor TH becomes lower than the set temperature, a current in the direction as indicated with a black thick arrow flows to the Peltier element PT, and heating is executed.
