Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the voltage change at input side and to make stable oscillation against the variance of the power supply voltage, by providing a voltage division circuit to a feedback path connected to the input side of an inverter. CONSTITUTION:When a potential V5 at the middle of resistors R1, R2 reaches a threshold potential Vth, inverters 1, 2 are both inverted and a potential V4 of a capacitor C is increased by a power supply voltage VDD. Thereafter, the potentials V4, V5 are lowered by a time constant of the resistors R1, R2 and the capacitor C and when the potential V5 reaches the Vth, the inverters 1, 2 are both inverted and the potential V4 is decreased by the VDD. Next, the capacitor C is charged, resulting in increasing the potentials V4, V5. The relation of proportion is in existence with the resistors R1, R2, Rs between the potentials V4, V5 and the clamp by protective diodes of the input terminal of the inverters can not be caused.
