Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform perfect has extraction with a small-sized device by a method wherein fused and residual gas is repeatedly extracted from a liquid by using a stainless steel or resin coated piston and furthermore, the piston is driven by using a pump maintaining the inside of a deairing vessel and the like at vaccum and by utilizing the difference in air pressure. CONSTITUTION:In extracting mixed and residual gas in insulating oil, first of all, an oil extractor 4 is connected to a switching valve 3 for oil extraction. A piston 7b is moved to the right to operate valves 3, 5, 8, 9 in the predetermined order and a cylinder chamber 7b, a deairing vessel 1 and gas sampling tubes 14a, 14b are evacuated by a pump 10. Insulating oil in the gas extractor 4 is guided to the container 1 by operating the valves 9 and 3 and mixed and residual gas is separated and discharged by an agitator 2. The piston 7b is moved to the left by operating the valves 5 and 9 and gas is forcibly transferred to the sampling tube 14. Next, the piston 7b is moved by operating the valves 8, 5 and gas is repeatedly transferred to the sampling tube and mixed and residual gas having difficulty in deairing is extracted with good efficiency. The amount of gas is measured by a pressure sensor 17 to supply 15 carrier gas and the route is switched by a valve 13 to feed 16 the carrier gas to an analyzer.
