Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a light receiving device of the multibeam space wave with a low cost and an easy matching of optical axes, by separating only the specific light waves through an optical filter and then making the specific waves incident to a photoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:The multiplex beams of L1, L2 and L3 are converted into the extremely stopped-down parallel beams through lenses 8 and 9 to be made incident to an optical filter 10. Only the beam L3 among the incident multiplex waves transmits through the filter 10 and travels straight; while the beams L1 and L2 are fully reflected to be made incident to an optical filter 11. Then only L2 of the parallel beams L1 and L2 transmits through the filter 11; and the beam L1 is fully reflected to be made incident to a photoelectric transducer 12a. After this, these beams pass through the photoelectric transducers 12a-12c and are amplified by amplifiers 13a-13c.
