Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the fact that a video signal which has been reproduced by a video tape, etc. is re-recorded to a magnetic tape, by alternately providing a section in which a false vertical synchronizing signal has been inserted and a section in which no false vertical synchronizing signal is inserted, and recording them in a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator 31 is driven by breaking of an input signal (a), and outputs a pulse signal (b). A monostable multivibratot 32 is driven by rise-up of this signal (b), and outputs a pulse signal (c). An output (e) is obtained by taking OR of this signal (c) and an output of an unstable multivibrator 33, by an AND circuit 34. When the signal (e) is inputted to a switching circuit 17, a signal in which a false vertical synchronizing signal has been inserted intermittently is obtained. In this way, a television signal and a control signal which are recorded in a magnetic tape 21 are phase-modulated by a false vertical synchronizing signal contained in a reproduced signal.
