Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a stable joined part with good efficiency in the stage of joining a super hard alloy and other metal by hard soldering by including copper powder in the joined part. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of joining a super hard alloy, for example, a super hard alloy tip 1 and other metal, for example, a copper shank 2 by hard soldering, mainly silver soldering, copper powder is included in the silver solder forming a joining part 3. To include the copper powder in the silver solder, it is satisfactory if the copper powder is beforehand included in the flux to be coated on the joining surfaces prior to joining. The grain sizes of said flux are preferably about 20-100mu.
