Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a booster pump by connecting a pipe at the discharge side of a charge pump in a pump-controlled closed circuit to the primary side of a low pressure relief valve and connecting the secondary side of the low pressure relief valve to a pipe at the suction side of a driving pump in a valve-controlled closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:If a load is high in a pump-controlled closed circuit, an oil flows out of a low pressure relief valve 8, passes through pipes 20, 21, opens a relief valve 21 which is disposed in a pipe at the suction side of a driving pump 10 in a valve-controlled closed circuit and cools a hydraulic pump 1. If the load is extremely low, an excess of pressure oil sent from a charge pump 2 is relieved from the low pressure relief valve 8 and cools the pump 1. In the valve- controlled closed circuit, an oil discharged in the pump-controlled closed circuit is constantly fed in the suction side pipe 21 and a relief valve 22 makes a suction pressure of the pump kept over a certain level, thereby producing no cavitation.
