Both the screen 9 and the memory 5 are divided into small squares, and an optional square is designated by a light pen, etc. Then control arithmetic elements AND and OR, an arrow mark, a connecting line, etc. are designated and drawn into the designated square. When the functioning of the diagram is over on the screen, a CPU performs the reading via a route of an image memory 5 and then an inputted screen display data 11 to control the information in the form of a screen data of the diagram.
