Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the attaching work simple, and to make substantial reduction of the thickness possible, by arranging a wiring groove in a wiring panel placed on a base plate, into which wiring groove a heating wire is fit and wired between the ends of the panel, and convering the upper surface with a top plate. CONSTITUTION:Each wiring panel 3 has the base plate 1 of heat insulator on which a heat conductive face member 2 is bonded in which the wiring groove 2a is arranged. The heating wire 4 is fitted, and then the top plate 5 is placed to cover the face member 2. The wiring groove 2a is turned alternatively successively in such a way that the turns are aligned on the same side, and is provided with wiring groove branches 2a' arranged in good order and a transversal linear wiring groove 2a'' paralled to the side of the panel 3 so that when the panels 3 are longitudinally arranged the branches 2a' may be registered. The panel 3 is provided with a notch 3a that forms an attaching space 6 for a terminal box 7 to which the heating wire 4 is connected.
