Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a friction force between an resisting plate, which is driven into an earth stratum, and the earth stratum, by a method wherein an anchor, in which an end of a supporting wire rod is securly attached to the resisting plate by means of an arm metal having a given distance, is simply driven into the earth, and a tensile force is applied to the supporting wire rod.
CONSTITUTION: A crutche 10 of a driving lever 9 mates a rear end part of a reinforcing rib 2, and an anchor is driven in an earth stratum 12 in the direction of a supporting wire as shown in an arrow mark A by striking on an end part 11 of the driving lever 9. When the anchor is driven down to a desired depth, the driving lever 9 is pulled off, and the supporting wire is coupled to an eye 7 of a supporting wire rod 5. If a tensile force is applied in the direction of a mark B to the supporting wire, a large rotary moment acts on the resisting plate 1 through the existance of a distance l between the resisting plate 1 and a hole 4 in an arth metal 3, and the resisting plate 1 rotates clockwise as shown in a drawing to compress the earth stratum in the direction of an arrow mark C and an arrow mark D. As a result, a large friction force is produced between the resisting plate 1 and the earth stratum 12, and the friction force resists floating of the anchor.
