PURPOSE:To prevent dewing and to improve accuracy in detecting temperature by constituting that a high frequency generator and a heat source are controlled with a temperature sensor and the heat source is heated by highfrequency heating intermittently, in a captioned complex high frequency heater provided with an electric heat source. CONSTITUTION:When TRIACs 7 and 10 are turned on a fan 5 is rotated, a heater 4 is electrified and heating by the heater becomes possible. And a TRIAC 14 is turned on for driving the fan 5, a fan 15 and a magnetron 3 is electrified as well for high frequency heating. At a time of the high frequency heating a relative humidity is reduced and dewing of generated vapor is prevented by electrifying the heater 4 interminttently for heating the heater 4, through which an atmospheric temperature of the interior of a heater housing is increased. Thus, accuracy of humidity detecting for a humidity sensor can be improved as the dewing in the heater housing can be prevented.
