A floppy disc 16 is stored with a master index MiX, a key code use index iX, a touch key use index TiX, and data R1- R14. At data retrieval, when the key code input is made, after retrieving the block of the iX to which an input key code belongs with the MiX, the corresponding sector number and the address information in the sector are read out. When the touch key input is made, the memory storage of the corresponding TiX is retrieved, and the sector number and the address information in the sector are read out.
