Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of small radiation thermocouple by bonding two thermocouple materials of the same thickness having a plurality of bridges so that the bridge of one thermocouple material is engaged with he window of the other thermocouple material. CONSTITUTION:Two thin thermocouple material plates of the same thickness are bonded using the first element plate having a bridge 11 of a width a, the second element plate having a bridge 21 of a width a, and a pair of bonding plates 3, 3' having a bridge 31 of more than a width 2a made of conductive material in such a manner that the bridge of one element plate is engaged between the bridges of the other element plates. Then, a bridge 41 opened with a window in a direction perpendicular to the bridge of the element plate and the bonding plate is formed and the bridge 41 of thermocouple pair group similarly formed are associated to be engaged between the bridges. The associated thermocouple group is interposed from both upper and lower sides with an electrically insulated thermal conductive plate to be integrated, thereby forming a radiation thermocouple.
