The first members 47 and 46 fixed to respective shafts and the second laterally slidable members 52 and 53 are connected by flat springs 48 and 49, and the second members hold contacts respectively. When contacts are brought into contact with the face of an inside deameter of a material to be measured, the second members are stopped, and the inside diameter is measured by a scale 55. Meanwhile, the first members continue moving to deform flat springs and are stopped by the operation of a contactless switch 83 due to a magnet 86.
