CONSTITUTION: An acidic aqueous soln. contg. ≤50% of 1 or ≥2 kind of acids selected from hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid and 5W30% Cl ion is prepared. This soln. is adjusted to 30W90°C, and electrolysis is carried out using a stainless steel plate as an anode in the soln. at 1W 50A/dm2 current density. Thus, a porous plate having 1W20μm pore size is obtd.
