Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a disc due to excessive adhesives by increasing the strength of adhesion through the increased bonding surface, by forming microscopic unevenness at least on one surface of bonding surfaces between a base and a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 such as transparent plastic is opposed to a recording layer 2 of a metallic film such as Se taken inside and they are bonded by clipping a spacer 6. In this case, triangle or square unevenness 7 or 8 is formed on the surfaces up and under the spacer 6, and the size of unevenness is microscopic. With this constitution, an adhesives 9 is given to the unevenness part of the spacer 6 and excessive adhesives is scraped off and the spacer is bonded on the base 1. Thus, the bonding surface is increased, the bonding strength is increased and the generation of deformation of an optical disc due to excessive adhesives can be prevented.
