Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform uniform dispersion and to dissolve hydromixing unevenness by ejecting water through the hollow holes of a high speed revolving shaft, and providing a wormlike screw vane to the part of a powder supply port. CONSTITUTION:A pitch of wormlike screw vane 23 is provided near the powder inlet 16 of a revolving shaft 13 which is rotated at a high speed by an electric motor 10. Water ejection holes 22 communicating with the outside circumference of the revolving shaft from the hollow hole pierced on one end side of the shaft 13 is provided on the circumferential surface of the revolving shaft. Mixing water is ejected from the holes 22 through a conduit 19 then through the hole 21, and is dispersed like mists in a cylinder by the high-speed revolution of the shaft. The powder is fed by means of the wormlike screw vane to revolving beaters 12 with torsional vanes, by which it is dispersed to uniform powder grains, and these powder grains are humidified by the mixing water injected like mits from the holes 22.
