PURPOSE:To materalize a manufacturing method excellent in a producibility by a method wherein a main insulation layer having no spacing is mold-shaped onto the outer circumference of a coil body, further is covered with a sheet molding compound and is inserted to a metal mold to shape a protective, external structure through a heat pressing. CONSTITUTION:A coil body is constituted by winding around it an aluminum conductor 2 and insulation film 3 stacked, they are further stacked in a multistep shape and the spacing between each step is insulated with the insulation film 3. The coil body 1 is inserted to a metal mold and others, and a main insulation layer 4 without a minute spacing is formed on the outer circumference of the coil body 1 through a vacuum shaping method by use of epoxy resin or the like. Subsequently, a conductive shield net is wrapped around the outer circumference of the main insulation layer 4 while being wrapped to form a shield layer 5. Subsequently, the shield net is covered with a sheet molding compound and inserted to the metal mold, and is hardened into a predetermined shape through a heat pressing to form a protective, external structure 6.
