CONSTITUTION:A flat plate type heat exchanger 2 made by a heat exchanging tube 1 placed horizontally between headers 4a, 4b and wire mesh 3a and 3b provided contacting the heat exchanging tube 1. The heat exchanger 2 is then buried in a water proof layer 9 laid on asphalt roofing 8 on a roof slab. 5a and 5b are rising pipes.
