The number of clocks determined by the operation frequency is read by a memory cell 10, the prescribed calculation is achieved, and the calculated result is stored in a memory cell 13. The output of the microprocessor 9 is fed from an output port 14 to a gate circuit 15, and a main circuit controlling element 7 is turned ON or OFF by the microprocessor 9 based on a signal to the gate circuit 15.
