PURPOSE:To decrease the frequency of the transmission of received data to an information processor by discriminating between the long data and short data of received data, and by storing the short data as many as a prescribed number. CONSTITUTION:Data received from a data highway 2 is received by the input- output control part 3 of a control station device 1', and a discriminating circuit 12 discriminates whether its data length exceeds a prescribed value or not. The long data whose data length is found greater than the prescribed value by the circuit is stored in an input data buffer 10, and the short data, the data length of which is found less than the prescribed value is counted by the counter 13 of a buffer control part 14 as much the length portion of the data length and stored in the input data buffer. Every time the long data is received, it is transmitted to an information processor 5 through an input-output control part 7 by the indication of the control part 14, and the counter 13 counting the short data, when it counts up to a value greater than the specified value, generates a count-over signal, thereby transmitting the short data to the processor 5 via the control part 7.
