Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the formed product with good operation-performance and uniform quality by a method in which a different material is held on a holder and then a plastic plate is formed by heating under vacuum and is simultaneously connected with the different material at the predetermined position of said plastic plate.
CONSTITUTION: A holder 5 is arranged at a part of a plug 6 corresponding to a vacuum forming die (a) or a holder is merely equipped and a different material 6 is held by suction method of the holder. A plastic plate 7 is heated and formed under vacuum, and simultaneously the different material 6 and the plastic plate 7 are pressed in piles at the predetermined position, by the depression 9 of the die surface (a) and the holder 5. Then the different material is released from the holder 5 and is welded, cooled and solidified. The product 14 is obtained by being removed from the vacuum forming die.
