Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of vibration at the planar reinforcing body kept in suspension and prevent quality degradation of the molded product, by shaping concavity at the tip of a pin which is opposite against the injection direction and is fixed at the contact position till just before finishing the molding. CONSTITUTION:A planar reinforcing body (a) is charged in the cavity 2a of a fixed mold 2, the mold mating is done by moving a movable mold 4 and the reinforcing body (a) is held between pins P2, P3 and fixed. When molten resin is injected into the closed cavity 2a, 4a from the cavity 2a side, attains to the surface of the reinforcing body (a) and begins to push it, the pin P2 is withdrawn from the cavity. In this state the reinforcing body (a) is kept to hold the predetermined position by frictional force of injection pressure and resisting back pressure due to the pin P3 and fitting to its concavity (d) in spite of variation of fluid pressure and the weight of the reinforcing body.
