For a method of forming, a method of coating resin solution on the surface of a film with a slant gravure coater or method of working the surface of a film that is heat-softened with an enbossing roll, etc. are available. If further minute projection-reccesses are formed at the same time, escaping of air is remarkably improved. The surface of the photosensitive resin slate material is covered closely by a film having said groove structure surface by a roll pressing method, a pressing method, etc. Before exposure, the film is peeld from said material, and contact printing of a negative film is applied to it.
