Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a hard sintered alloy having lemonlike golden color obtained by compounding Co, Ni, Mo, Cr and composite metal carbide, nitride and oxide in a specified ratio.
CONSTITUTION: A hard sintered alloy for decorative parts having lemonlike golden color is obtained without using tantulum carbide. A composition comprises one or more kinds selected from Co and Ni at 3W30%, Mo; 1W15%, Cr; 0.2W6%, if necessary, vanadium carbide 15% or less, a balance of composite metal carbide, nitride and oxide as well as inevitable impurities (in wt%). When a chemical component formula of the above described composite metal carbide, nitride and oxide is shown as (Tiu, Mv) CxNyOz, M is one or more kinds selected from Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, Cr and W, u+v=1, 0.95≤x+y+z≤1, 0.4≤u≤1.0, 0≤v≤0.6, 0.2≤x≤0.6, 0.4≤y≤0.8, and 0<z≤0.1. Thereby, excellent sintering property and polishing property are imparted.
