Abstract
PURPOSE: To uniformly foam the entire part of ejecting mist particles and prevent them from scattering to parts other than crops by providing a shield having a pair of symmetrical holes and a central hole to a spray nozzle for chemical liquid spraying.
CONSTITUTION: A shield plate 5 having a small hole 11 in the central part and having a pair of symmetrical small holes 7 in the positions deviated from the center is interposed on the base side of an orifice 2 having an injection nozzle 6. Thus, the chemical liquid pressure fed from a pressure feed pipe 1 is bisected through a pair of the small holes 7 of the shield plate 5 to allow the fluid to collide in the injection nozzle part of the orifice 2. As a result, the chemical liquid ejecting through the injection nozzle 6 diffuses and advances fully in the nozzle hole 10 of an injection nozzle 3, and sucks air through air suction ports 4, so that air bubbles can be mixed in the liquid. On the other hand, the linear liquid ejecting through the small hole 11 in the central part enters the nozzle hole 10 inside through the injection nozzle 6 of the orifice 6, and advances in a manner as to push the atomized liquid advancing fully in the nozzle hole 10, so that the flying distance is made slightly long.
