Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable collection of the heat having a high temperature, by a method wherein a selective absorbing film is formed on a substrate, and a selective permeation film is formed thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A selective absorbing film 2, which has a high absorption efficiency at a solar light region and a light permeation rate at an infrared region, is formed on a metal substrate 1, and a selective permeation film 3, which permeates the light at a solar spectrum region and reflects the light at a heat radiation region, is formed thereon. This permits the prevention of thermal radiation which is produced with the rise in temperature due to absorption of the solar heat and the collection of the heat having a high temperature.
