Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily control a flow rate of cooling air by a method wherein a header for the cooling air is formed on a moving blade shank at the parts adjacent to each other and the cooling air is appropriately distributed from the header to the essential parts.
CONSTITUTION: The header 50 is formed between adjacent shanks 60 of the moving blade 80. The header 50 is a distribution chamber of the cooling air and a cooling air passage 55 within a backet 16 is formed by providing a hollow 51 as deap as it can be opened in the header 50. On the sides of the shanks 60, there are opened a plurality of small holes 62 or slits 63 for the cooling air being blown out from the header to the outside the blade.
