Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the miniaturization of a printing head and the reduction of manufacturing processes by using a piezoelectric organic high polymer for a vibrator, thereby enabling the sharing of one vibrator by a plurality of printing heads and performing the jetting of ink with the impression of low voltage. CONSTITUTION:On a plastic bed 1 are mounted sequentially a vibrating board 2 and a vibrating body 12 made of a piezoelectric organic high polymer material, provided with electrodes 6 and 10 through evaporation, respectively. Since the organic high polymer is used for the material of the vibrating body 12, the vibrating board 2 and the high polymer material 12 can be bonded by melting. In addition, a vibrator 13 may be stuck directly on to the bed 1. Moreover, in case the multinozzle is used for the device, a sheet of piezoelectric organic high polymer material 19 is used as the vibrating body to be shared by a plurality of cavities 11. On the above-mentioned vibrating body 19, an electrode 21 is provided by low- temperature spattering or evaporation.
