PURPOSE:To carry out the indicating value adjustment without using a reference signal light and standard reference light by performing a zero point adjustment and a span adjustment during the formation of the measuring device. CONSTITUTION:The output of the signal light detecting device 10 is input to a numerator input terminal 20 of a dividing circuit 16 through a switch S1, an amplifier 12, an integrator 14, a switch 24. On the other hand, the output of the reference light detecting device 11 is input to a subtractor 25 through the amplifier 13, the integrator 15, compared with the constant voltage power source 26, the comparison signal obtained as a difference voltage is added to a pulse generating circuit 27 to be a driving source of the laser light source 1 and the pulse number per unit time is controlled. The output terminal 22 of the dividing circuit 16 is connected to a primary side terminal 29 of the switch S3.
