Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled device in which at least one of rollers functioning as yarn senders is made freely movable to permit the change in the contact angle with the yarn, whereby threading operation can be done with a pressurized air of relatively low pressure and low flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: Rollers R1 and R2 are made a pair and the pair keeps the yarn Y that is sent from the yarn-forming means from slipping on the surface of the rollers to ensure yarn-taking up and sending at a constant speed. While the yarn coming from the yarn-forming means is threaded on the yarn-taking means, the roller group is shifted so as to make the contact angle between the roller group and the running yarn zero or as small as possible. The force necessary for peeling off the yarn from each roller is made small so that the yarn threading can be done under a state where the load on the suction gun is reduced.
