Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a control system and heighten its reliability, by separating a magnetic flux control loop and a primary current effective component control loop from each other. CONSTITUTION:An output signal 2 proportional to a gap magnetic flux detected by a gap magnetic flux detector 15 attached to the stator of an induction motor 14 and a magnetic flux command are compared with each other by a calculator 3. A signal corresponding to the deviation of the gap magnetic flux from the command is amplified by an amplifier 4. The amplified signal is applied to a comparator 6 which determines the output voltage of a PWM inverter 12. An effective current command is compared with a detected primary current effective component by a calculator 23. A signal corresponding to the deviation of the detected effective component from the command is amplified by a current deviation amplifier 24 so that the signal becomes a substantial slip frequency command. This command is added to the output signal of a speed detector 16 by an adder 25. The sum is applied to an oscillator 26. The PWM inverter 12 is supplied with a modulated signal which is generated by the mixture and modulation of a slip frequency control signal with a voltage control signal which is for adjustment of magnetic flux.
