Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality mosaic picture out of the ordinary picture of a TV broadcast through a simple constitution, by modulating the reading address read out of a memory. CONSTITUTION:The TV signal supplied from the input signal terminal 1 is supplied to the coder 2 as well as to the writing pulse generator 6 to produce the synchronous signal and the carrier wave which are required for the writing address signal generator 7 plus the clock required for coder 2 respectively. The coder 2 writes the input picture into the memory 3 according to the clock and under the control of the control circuit 8. At the same time, the reference signal sent from the terminal 11 of the reading side is read and supplied to the pulse generator 10 to produce the clock required for the decoder 4 plus the synchronous signal and the carrier wave required for the reading address generator 9. And the storage contents of the memory 3 is read out to the decoder 4 under the control of the circuit 8. In this instant, the signal supplied from the control part 12 to control the effect is applied to the generator 9, and thus the mosaic picture signal is produced out of the ordinary TV picture signal stored in the memory 3.
