Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of the coil at the coil end parts, to reduce the dimension, and to decrease the cost by arranging an insulating material at the end surfaces of a stator core, installing a winding, thereafter pushing the coil end parts to the end surfaces of a core via the insulating material. CONSTITUTION:End insulators 5 are arranged at the end surfaces 1a of the stator core 1, and overlapped with the end of a slot insulator 2. After a wire is wound around said stator core 1, the coil end parts 4 are compressed in the direction of the core end surfaces 1c, and the resin impregnation and the like are performed. In this method, the amount of the coil at the coil end parts is reduced, the height of the coil end is reduced, the manufacturing cost becomes inexpensive, and the first ohmic loss can be reduced.
