Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high strength hot rolled steel sheet free from a fish scale defect and capable of being enameled in both-sides by adding a predetermined amount of specified elements to a steel sheet.
CONSTITUTION: This hot rolled steel sheet consists of 0.03W0.10% C, ≤1.0% Si, 0.3W1.5% Mn, 0.10W0.30% Ti, 0.010W0.040% S, ≤0.1% Al, 0.01W0.10% rate earth element or 0.005W0.015% B, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. By using the hot rolled steel having this composition, about ≥40kg/mm2 tensile strength can be assured, the occurrence of a fish scale defect is prevented, and enameling in both-sides is enabled. In addition, the quality of products is enhanced, and the cost can be reduced.
