Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible by a simple operation to release overloads in press machines, returning to the working condition by providing a hydraulic chamber attached with a reducing valve between a sliding main body and a connection screw. CONSTITUTION:A pressure reducible chamber 5 is provided between a connection screw 3 and a sliding main body 4, so that the sliding main body 4 is allowed to move vertically against the connection screw 3. A nipple 10 having a non-return valve 9 and a reducing valve 11 is attached to this pressure reducible chamber 5. When the sticking is caused by an overload during press working, the pressure in the pressure reducible chamber 5 is dropped to zero by handling the reducing valve 11, thus releasing the condition of sticking, so returning to a top dead center becomes possible changing over a motor to reversing. And at a top dead center the reducing valve 11 is set to the original position and the pressure in the chamber 5 is raised again by a grease gun through the nipple 10, thus completing the returning operation thereto.
