Abstract
PURPOSE: To inflate a tire for sure easily and quickly by arranging the tire to be inflated at the uppermost part of an inflator not to permit any obstacle between the mouthpiece of an air-hose and a valve.
CONSTITUTION: A wheel 7 is composed of a tubeless tire 8, a rim 9, and a disk 10. A circumferential part 12 of a support frame 2 is provided with a packing 13 on its truncated cone part, and fitted into a pushing cylinder 14 to be hermetically slided via an O-ring 16. To inflate the tire, at first, the wheel 7 is horizontally placed on the support frame 2, and after a piston 5 is lifted up and fitted with a metal clasp 11, a fixing shaft 3 is pulled down to stick the packing 13 to the rim 9 and a cushion rubber 19 to the tire 8 tightly. Since the tire 8 is pushed upward to stick an upper bead 30 hermetically to the upper circumference 31 of the rim, high pressure air can be injected into a valve 29 through a mouthpiece 28 fitted thereto.
