Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an FM detecting system where performance is hardly lowered even for the low-voltage power source of 3V or less, by constituting a demodulator by an FM intermediate frequency signal amplifier, a phase shift circuit, an OR circuit, a low-pass filter, a low-frequency amplifier, and so on. CONSTITUTION:The FM intermediate frequency signal from terminal T is applied to amplifier 21 to obtain an in-phase output and an inversion output where phases are inverted for each other, and one of these outputs is supplied to phase shift circuit 22 through terminal (u) and has the phase shifted by a prescribed quantity and is applied to OR circuits 23 and 24 through terminal (v) and the L point, and the output to terminal (u) is branched and is applied to OR circuit 23 directly through the M point. The other output of amplifier 21 is supplied to OR circuit 24 directly through the N point, and outputs of circuits 23 and 24 are applied to LPF25, 26 through P and Q points respectively. After that, these outputs are applied to low-frequency amplifier 27 through R and S points and are taken out as the FM demodulation output from terminal (o).
