Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus consists of model work 13, face plate 11 which can rotate while holding the embedded portion of work 19, unit 7 which can go and return to/from the steam passage of work (blade) 19 to measure the form, saddle 18 with press board which can go and return to/from face plate 11, lag step 22 and press step 23 which can go and return to/from the blade set on the press surface of press board 21, a mechanism depressing punch 26 to the biade, a unit equipping torsion chuck 20 for holding the tenon of the biade and so on to saddle 18. In said apparatus the precise forms of each part is previously stored in computer through model work 13, and automatically the deformation caused by distorsion generated during processing while rotating work 19 by means of face plate 11.
