Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the time for transition to the vaporizing combustion by heating a rotary vaporizing body rapidly up to the fuel oil evaporation temperature after ignition.

CONSTITUTION: The fuel oil jetted from the tip of an oil supply pipe 15 is received by the bottom surface of a rotary vaporizing body 7 and diffused equally along the inner-peripheral surface of the rotary vaporizing body 7 by the effect of the centrifugal force, passing through a fuel oil dispersing aperture 17 and being jetting dispersively downward from a flame jetting port 6 into a combustion tube 1. When the ignition is conducted at this time by a sparking plug 16, the raw combustion takes place in the peripheral part of the inside of the combustion tube 1. Since the forced with is jetted into the above peripheral part inside the combustion tube 1 from an airing chamber 3 and through a jetted wind passage 14, the atomized fuel oil jetted dispersively downward from the above flame jetting port 6 is turned reversively around the peripheral part inside the combustion tube 1 along with the jetted air stream and becomes a rising stream. Therefore, the entire surface of the outer periphery of the rotary vaporizing body 7 is enveloped in the flames of raw combustion and thus the rotary vaporizing body 7 is heated rapidly up to the evaporation temperature of the fuel oil.
