Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate connection and disconnection of a rope and hold it while it is being pulled by raising an end of a hook up to its mounting position and providing a gap between this top and the mounting area. CONSTITUTION:The end 6a of a hook is raised to a position where it intersects with the mounting area 6b to a car body. Gap (C) which is broader than the diameter of a rope 5 is provided between the end 6a and the mounting area 6b. The mounting area 6b is secured on a mounting plate 7 and the mounting plate 7 is mounted on a car body 1. When the rope 5 whose end is looped is inserted in a hook 6, it is inserted in the end 6a of the hook from upward and when it is removed it can easily be removed by lifting up the loop area upward. When a pulling wheel stops, the rope 5 falls up to the lower part 6c of the hook. Since the end 6a is raised up to the mounting area 6b, however, it is not removed from the hook 6.
